They are very nice and listen to what is wrong with you. I will use them again.
They saw me at the end of the day after I had failed to get into two other urgent care facilities. The one on St. Claude closed ten minutes early, and the one in Mid-City wouldn't see me, because according to my health plan, I was too old to receive care at that location. The Kenner facility welcomed me in, and helped me right away. They completely cured my ailment before letting me go within an hour of my arrival. The staff was very personable and compassionate. I got excellent care at the urgent care on Williams and West Esplanade Ochner facility. Dr. Jennifer was fabulous she was caring, efficient and she helped me. I had just gotten out of the hospital at East Jefferson and I did not get the Care that I needed When being released it was pitiful.I recommend Dr. Jennifer an urgent care to anyone who needs help I give it 100%.

Excellent service from receptionist, nurse and the Doctor! Outstanding service and care! Extremely professional staff. Thank you for being there and meeting my needs.
The staff were very nice and the Dr was awesome. She showed kindness a good bed side manor many doctors don’t have she didn’t rush me out, she listened and I would recommend them and I will go back if I need to, great staff and clean clinic.
