RecommendedGood service, everyone was helpful andl left you feeling good with the service
staff was excellent. I arrived with a room fill of patients and was amazed how quick they processed the patients. The Physician Assistant Rebecca was awesome as well as the lady who I saw first for vital signs although I do not remember her name. i received a steroid shot and antibiotic and cough syrup which is helping me get over this illness. Thanks to Ocshner for having places like this open on Sunday.
I visited the urgent care twice within a week. The wait time for the first visit was very short and I was greeted with smiling faces. The nurse and staff were informative and sweet. My second visit was a long wait but it was the weekend , so it was expected. I didn’t mind. The nurses again were very kind and informative , the front desk clerk was also sweet , she had a bubbly spirit and made sure that everyone was checked in , in a timely manner.
Clean facility and very friendly staff. The doctor took out time to listen to how I was feeling. The nurses or so nice and the young man at the front desk was very professional and kind as well.
Thanks for them being open on Christmas Day. The service was fast. There was no long period of Waite time. Like there service. Everyone was very courteous and kind.Starting with the receptionist, nurse,and x-ray technician. The Doctor was very good. She was right with time with her diagnosis , when she saw me, she call for what she needed.The shot, the use of the breathing machine.After 30:min, I begin to feel better. Thanks to the medical team that work with me. Patient Evelyn Carter.
