22 Minutes response ! & only after I had to go locate a nurse bc 2 were sound asleep on Duty at the desk ! Is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I can ONLY Imagine what happens to patients if they don’t have someone staying with them to make sure they are Cared for !! This is a constant battle ! RecommendedI am currently inpatient right now after having surgery. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hospital. Everybody from registration, pre op, post op, OR and floor nurses have been amazing. The care I’ve received here is far surpassing the care I received in my home town in Mississippi.

Awesome hospital. Staff quickly turned into family away from home. They were so good to my baby boy. Excellent care. Friendly staff.. no complaints about anyone at all..
I have been in here for 2 hour not seen yap this the charity of New Orleans it sucks I would never recommend this hospital to anybody again I get better service at East Jefferson it seems like nobody cares about anybody in this waiting room when girl has seizure in for 20 min for somebody recognize it
If I could give it a 0 I would. I've loved ochsner when they saved my life but.... and this is a huge but. We took my dad to the ER on Jefferson hwy. We arrived at 6 and are still here at 1:30 in the morning. Every time we asked is he going to have to stay we were told we had to wait to see a doctor. Meanwhile as I write this we still haven't seen one. This is ridiculous. I hope this hospital gets its act together soon.
I've been in and out of hospitals all my life and Ochsner is the best of them all. I have never received such compassionate care from a group of medical professionals. God bless you all.
