I stayed there for 2 days they only gave me fuilds sent me home and I still was sick 🤕 they need to up grade

Most of the staff here is great but I woul be scared to step. back in becasue if a few doctors and Danny tbe charge nurse. A nurses committed batterey on my and I will have his license taken away along with some jail time. I have videos of happened be prepared for it . was not going tk get lawyer but I've decided these individuals need to find different professionas. the officer was on their said and they completely were on the hospitals side mocking me.
I was at the O’Neal Lane clinic for an appointment on Monday. There was confusion at the entrance. One section of door open for everyone to go in and out. No social distancing. It was horrible. I saw senior citizens using walkers that were turned away Togo back to their cars and wait. The weather was so hot and not enough employees to help. The waiting room was hot and I almost passed out so a nurse told me to take my mask off. Please have more help for our seniors. I don’t want To go back this clinic

I've been a Ochsner girl for years now. Countless times this medical team has saved my life, of course our father God being the foundation! From the receptionist to housekeeping, cafeteria workers, CNAs, nurses, doctors, surgeons . I've been with them all on my journey. On Instagram I haven't seen many of our Baton Rouge location doctors and teams I've wrote for them to be acknowledged! My kidney team Dr.Khan is my kidney doctor but I've worked with the whole team. The setup was well organized everything was professional and l was so Happy the overall experience the best
Recently had lab work and saw the infusion center. I was treated very professionally. I am very hard stick and getting my blood is a real challenge. The lady in the lab was able to get the 10 tubes of blood she needed first try. Then I had to go to the infusion center and was again treated very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend both areas of Ochsner to anyone. A few years ago I wouldn't have given this review but it seems they have been working on their care of the patient and have made great improvements.
Their approach to service for their patients amid the COVID-19 threat is excellent.
The set up of the facility, your greeted at the door and helped with the check in process, from there on ,very professional organization.
