RecommendedAlways friendly and efficient! Want to give kudos to all those volunteers giving vaccinations for Covid ! My favorite thing about them is time management. I can remember waiting an hour past appointment time regularly years ago and as much as 3 hours for some Dr. appointments. Most time they call us on or a little before our designated time.
RecommendedI would like to complement Baptist hospital and it's staff for an outstanding job! My wife received the covid vaccine today and it was a pleasant experience. Everybody was helpful and the tapeing on the floor was a great idea. Thank you!

3 separate times the lab has “misplaced” my grandmothers sample. Completely unacceptable. Can’t even get a call back from the ordering physician nor does she seem to care. All 3 instances have been documented as “sample never received.” We have physically brought it to the lab each time.

RecommendedWe love Dr. Waldron and Dr. Morris! My daughter is special needs and she doesn’t like hospitals or Dr offices but every time we go they make her feel special and safe.

RecommendedThe Mammo tech was very nice and professional . I’ve always been so used to Mrs Cindy and since she’s retired I’ve been iffy but today was an awesome experience ! She knows how to “O” !
