Two days ago my husband went to this office to take a drug test for work. We was told we couldn't be seen because we had no authorization paper from the company, which was emailed directly to the office. We couldn't call his companies office due to it being closed at the time of this incident. They inturn call his company and says he never showed up. RecommendedLove Dr. Martin! After my appointment I am able to go straight downstairs to get labs done. Have never waited more than 10 minutes for them to call me back to get blood drawn. Very convenient! Everyone is very professional and friendly.

I went to Ochsner Baptist for an appointment on 10/30/2020 orthopedic surgeon 920. only to be told they would not treat me because I didn't have insurance, I then proceeded to tell them that I pay cash "in hand" for their services. I was told by a very nice nurse that the doctor/hospital dose not accept cash. REALLY? I guess when you pay cash they can't overcharge you. I worked in the medical field for 15 years and have never seen anyone ever denied treatment especially someone with cash in hand. I will never go to Ochsner a... read more
