Wait staff was rude and unprofessional. Food was gross. We apparently inconvenienced the waitress by asking for silverware. My wife's food came out way before mine. Her loaded baked potato soup was basically bacon bits in nacho cheese with no potatoes. The manager (who was very nice and truly trying to help) cut up potatoes for the soup that were half-cooked and still crunchy. Place needs a lot of work.
If zero stars was a option I would choose it. My waiter may have been nice but after sitting for 30 + mins for my food and it is cold? They had to re ask us what we had ,I'm sure they lost it in the back. But of course you would ask to remake it but I mean after 30+ mins the first time waiting I wouldn't expect it to be any faster and if I wanted to wait a hour just to receive my food I wouldn't have come here. We didn't come here for a cold steak. It's bad when my steak sauce was warmer then my actual steak.
BAD....ordered salads as a side...salads never came, Steak "medium" came after 45 min....RAW. Had to BEG for drinks and silverware. Mgr competed the steak but never came to say "sorry we wasted your time". Basically I had broccoli and beer for supper....what a total waste of time.....please go eat somewhere else.
We had horrible experience. Management and staff were bad. And it was hot! Will not be coming back.
Currently puking my guts up from the food here. Service was non existent and the tables and floors were dirty.
I love it , they have real good appetizer , I love the grill chicken salad , and their cheese potato soup , they also have good chicken tender . Let's just say they got very good food .
Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!soup is good but yes...worst service yet!!!!!don't reccomend this place at all!!!!
Horrible service!! The waiter never came to check on us. I asked for refill on coke took over 20 minutes. I finished my soup before Jeremy got his burger. I asked for manager and he got us another waitress but then nobody came back with check or said that he covered it. I would rather have had a better meal experience than free food. I will not go back!!!!
