I received a free pie back in Feb. for my Jan. 4 birthday. Not only that, service was great!! Love the food here��
I love it the service was excellent and the food. My waitress was awesome and the manager in duty. Everything was just like I like it
This place used to be a excellent establishment. Not anymore. Me and my wife went yesterday evening. I order a rack of ribs, but got bbq chicken tenders which were undercooked. She also order tenders that were undercooked. Our waitress wasn't the best. We use to go ever week. Now I can honestly say I don't plan on eating here again.
Went to O'Charley's yesterday evening. After sitting for 30 mins without a server taking our drink order i asked the guy that seated us if we had a server he said yes and would tell her again. Waited another 15 mins still no server so we left. I use to love this place but after this I'm very disappointed.
Took 3 1/2 hours to get our food. And the orders weren't even right. Our waiter walked out on us. Just a horrible experience. It was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner for my mother in law. I will not be back.
