It's was ok.. dirty, poor service, food was ok. No paper towels or toilet paper in the RR.
Stopped on the way thru Monroe to grab a bite to eat. Took so long to get food after we were given the wrong order decided to leave before correct food arrived. All we ordered was a simple hamburger and we waited for an hour.
The food and service was horrible!! I'll never come back!
First time I've been in 13 years. I ordered a Bloody Mary, they couldn't make it, they were out of the ingredients. I ordered soup, and it was good, but for the price, it came in a very very small cup. I loved my appetizer, it was the Fried Green Tomatoes with the Relish and BBQ sauce over them. Our waitress wasn't a good one, she was slow, she mumbled, she didn't smile, she didn't get a good tip either.
I just posted a comment on this page. This is one of the worst meals we have ever gotten! O'Charley's has gown so downhill. This is about the 3rd time this has happened to us there. They have had so many problems. After the last horrible experience we said no more, but being New Year's Eve we wanted a special meal. So we decided to give O'Charley's another chance. They had two party and wasn't ready for other customers didn't get our rolls the manager got mad at the nice lady that waited on us because she bought our pies
The service was TERRIBLE. The food was TERRIBLE. First time I ever went and last time I will EVER go. I am out $20 when Alpo would've been better. You should close if you can't provide service and quality any better than this. Disgusting. Change the name to O'Crappy's.
