This place was the worse place we have been to we didn't eat our dinner due to it had a taste of rotten meat ,rolls was hard and gave me a Plastic spoon with my soup which was horrible my husband and I travel a lot and eat O Charlie's quite often and this was probably the worst one I have ever experienced
Been here almost 30 min Just now got rolls, no plate or silverware. We ordered sweet tea, we have gotten 2 glasses each of unsweetened. Let's see how long it takes to get food. Accidently hit 2 stars, had to give to write a review. Food came about 20 mins later, wrong of course. Ticket was for some other table.
The service was terrible. Customers across the aisle from us left shortly after we we seated and their table was not cleaned for almost an hour along with other tables. My wife and I witnessed several customers enter and had to wait several minutes for a hostess to appear and seat them. I have eaten at a few other O' Charley's and was never witness to this. I have dined at this location before and the service was far better at that time....something has really changed for the worse.
Loved the food. You definitely get your money's worth. The service in on the other hand needs improvement. Took too long to get our drinks and meal. I'll definitely go back as long as I get a different waitress
They slow take a hour for hamburger here but can go to burger king and get food in 10 mins and they screwed order up not coming back here
My parents and I went O Charleys tonight and my dad order salmon and steak the waiter ask him how did he want his steak? Dad reply medium well ...when my daddy got his order there was no steak the waiter avoided our table til my dad was thru with the salmon My dad finally got to tell him bout the steak and He had attitude that he didn't know He nv heard him say steak. Why would the wait or ask how do you want your steak then? The manager and staff was very unfriendly and very discriminating against us.
