The server was good. The fish did not look right so I asked for another plate. The manager said to bring it back out and they would fix more. If I wanted it I would not have asked for another one! You give me a to go cup when everyone else has a regular glass.... really. I have not been here in a while. Won't be back.
So bad service was slow then there was a hair in my salad. Then to top it all off my son fell in the bathroom because the floor was flooded. No sign or nothing. And no manager to be seen, and waitress expected a tip . I have a tip for them hire people who care about their jobs and the franchise they work for.and they forgot order and. Never bring .No STAR
Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Chicken Pot Pie. Although premade, it took 30 minutes to get the well well well done pot pie. Sent it back and got another overcooked pot pie.....with a dirty spoon. Ended up leaving lunch break was over. But not before they brought the check for fries and a drink.
If I could give them no stars, I would. We started off with dried food on our plates, silver ware, and on the inside and outside of our cups. The tater -tot fondue was awful. My salad had nasty lettuce. I would say that the rolls were the only thing appetizing of the meal, but my mind was quickly changed when the second round of rolls came out with something hard, brown, and crusted on the bottom of the rolls.
