Went in last night for the first time. Everything about the experience was perfect. Our server, Ari, was polite and quick with the service. The food was delicious (I had the salmon, hubby had a steak). I loved the Kentucky Mai Tai's. We will definitely be returning to O' Charley's.
My server was very cordial and funny. Which enacted me to give her more on her tip. Food was good and so was the atmosphere.
Loved it!! Food and drinks were great! Manager very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely go back if ever in Columbus area
We were celebrating our 44th. Anniversary on Saturday 10/15/2016. Ordered blackened prime rib, medium well. Waitress brought our two meals with neither one blackened and mine was rare. We sent them back, they blackened the same prime rib, the blackening was tasteless. Wasn't offered refills on tea.
Got a bowl of potatoe soup, which is us the best part of the meal. Today it was extremely watery, potatoes weren't fully cooked, very little bacon, and no cheese. This was not the potatoe soup I'm accustomed to eating at O'Charley's.
