Terrible service, never have your call in order, and food is way overpriced.
I like this place, but it's always cold. I have to remember to bring a light jacket or sweater. Lol
Ocharleys is always amazing. Its a very friendly atmosphere for families and children. Great food and great service. Emily was an amazing server. She made great recommendations on drinks (Red Sangria), and was very prompt and thorough in her sevice. We love O'Charleys and will always go back.
The kitchen service suck.. The waitress was great.. Worse valentines day dinner I ever had
We had a great dinner tonight at O'Charley's in Columbus, Ga. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. They took care of a mistake with my dinner before I even got it, and Manager Reuben came and checked on us. The restaurant was clean and cheerful. Many thanks and Merry Christmas!
One of the worst services I have ever experienced. We filled our own tea glasses up, orders were wrong, asked server for multiple items that she never brought, went to the kitchen door ourself to pick up extra dressing and we were there for over an hour and a half. All the other tables around us were annoyed too. We got one meal comped and the table behind us did as well. Will not be returning. They were not busy at all. Food was good but, service was very poor. Over changed, had to return to receive the money that was owned me.
