I have always loved O’Charley’s!!! One of my favorite places. Yesterday was no disappointment. I ordered the Filet Mignon with Garlic Butter cooked medium!!! It was “perfect”: “true medium”, tender, juicy and had a great flavor!!! The coupon they had emailed during the day made it twice as nice!!!
Food was cold when it was brought out. They were super slow.
Great experience for my first time food was excellent bartender was very nice and made sure we was taken really good care of would definitely go again
Went there for Easter lunch. Food was delicious and the service was great!
Our experience today was less than what we expected. The service was slow, didn’t have the extras that we wanted, and to top it off, the free pie slices were cut In half. So sad, not going back...
I'm not sure of the waiters name but he was outstanding. We had 20 people in our party, he did everything by himself and we never had empty glasses...food and receipts were correct. The entire staff were very accommodating to a large party and the food was great too!
Burnt steak, managers with bad attitude! Still hungry!
Not a very good experience by o’Charley’s standards. Our waiter, Dylan was unattentive. We were not given utensils when we sat down entrees cane oit right on top of our salads and steaks were under cooked. The manager walked by our table several times and never checked in on us. We then had to wait for 15 minutes as our waiter walked back and forth without saying a word before we received our check and were able to leave.
