I give it a 3 because the service was good, but that was about it. My husband had a burger that tasted like cardboard, no flavor. My porkchop tasted good, but was tough.
Love the free pie on Wednesdays and I try to order something different every time and it always taste yummy!
Good food, but waited for nearly 45 minutes to get it. Service was poor. The waitress was friendly, just not attentive to our drinks, etc. probably will go back, but not anytime too soon.
I love this place and the waitress was very nice.He was very tentative.The service was also fast.
We don't eat out a lot as a rule because it's so expensive and I always think afterwards, "wow, the things I could have bought at the grocery store with that money." For some reason we chose to stop and eat at O'Charley's. The food was only ok. Was disappointed in treating ourselves when we could have gone to the grocery store and made several meals with what we spent on lunch.
I really appreciated that the hostess eyed my child up and down when we asked for a high chair and proceeded to tell us she doesn't know if the chair is big enough. I'm so glad that you could be so judgmental on my child who is autistic. Needless to say we turned right around and left! Absolutely horrible!!!!!
I come here all the time, but no one has provided better service than Darlene. Make her a manager! :)
So normally I love this place. Food is usually awesome. Service was crap today. Waitress took my plate before I was done. She also didn't refill our drinks a single time. Not ok. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the one waitress who bartends too but she's amazing and awesome. Hit or miss.
