Always good food here. Only thing is every O’Charleys I’ve ever been too has been slow! Need more options for those who are diabetic. Robin our server was great!
Had heard the potato soup was great, but I found it extremely salty, gelatinous and appeared to be made with frozen French fries. Couldn’t eat it. In addition some of the lettuce in the salads was pinkish...not good.
Great experience here! Great breakfast.
Had to ask for lemons for my tea 4 times before she FINALLY brought them. Took forever to get our dinner, steak was extremely tuff, and the asked potatoe was way over cooked. when told waitress she gave desert to wrong person, she said "oh my bad" and grabbed dirty plates and walked off

Stopped in at 1:30 PM on this Saturday. Wife and I waited 10 minutes at the hostess desk before being seated, After seating we waited another 10 minutes with no waitress to be found. The place was half empty. Left and went to Giorgio's.
This location has gone downhill...we found plastic in the French Fries and were told the Company sent a memo out about that,.,,WTF kind of answer is that? Think this will be the last time for this location. 2 bad visits in a row...gone! We were not even asked how we wanted our Steak cooked and got them very well done..Drinks listed in their drink menu were not available or had missing ingredients..Very Sad!
