Spent about $50 for food on the free pie night. Waited for my food longer than anticipated and it was horrible. It was overcooked and not packaged correctly. I tried to get a refund and was told I would. A week later and still no refund.
Had brunch today with my family Dustin was an excellent server and kept up with all our requests. Food was perfect. Thanks y'all!!

Ordered Medium Well steak. Came out raw , then sent it back and it came back out looking like this. That’s not medium well.
Steak had a good flavor but the meat was tough. cajun chicken pasta wasn't spicy and the portion was small.
I love O’Charley. They have chicken fingers
