Hidden Treasure! This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Indianapolis! My family and I consider it to be a hidden treasure because the prices are so low, the food is award winning and the staff is always so friendly and nice. We have been going here for years and never get bored with the menu! My favorite rolls are the Indy roll and the Florida roll, but the sushi is not the only food, the chicken teriyaki is also great! First Timer – I have always wanted to try sushi and I'm glad I went here first. It helped that I went with people who knew what they were doing so I didn't try anything off the wall first time out. I have to say we had a group of 6 and sat right down with no wait. The staff there was fast and polite. I can't wait to go back. I recommend the soft shell crab and the tuna sashimi.
Good Sushi – Ocean World has very good sushi... while there is another place I prefer their sushi over. The service and everything is much better at ocean world. I have never had to wait to be seated. And parking is never a problem.
Ocean World -- Japanese Restaurant Ocean World ... I love this place! The total opposite of Daruma atmosphere-wise, but the food is just as great! The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant is quite large. The price is a little high for me -- probably not to others -- it's around $20 per person or maybe a bit higher. But it's worth every cent!! The sushi and rolls are spectacular!! I only wish this place was closer to where I live ... it is located on the north side (86th St).
