Everyone is always helpful and friendly when you go in. Now that you can't because of the pandemic they are going above and beyond to meet their customers needs. Coming up with fun ways to get the products out of the door with the fleet of motorized small vehicles. Their inventory is huge with just so many products to choose from. I want to Thank them for being open and going above and beyond during these challenging times. — in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Everyone is always helpful and friendly when you go in, including sales and service department. Their inventory has expanded with their new building that was opened a few years ago. Just a great all around place to visit and you never leave empty handed. I always find something to buy. Someday I hope to make one of their bike runs. They are always for a good cause.
In 2009 I stopped into the Warwick location to "window shop". I immediately felt very comfortable with the sales staff. I never felt pressured and after explaining my "long term plan" to Joe, we discussed the options and I bought my first Harley, a 2008 Fat Boy. Russ, Barbara, and Amy and all of the OSHD staff are the BEST!! I'll never forget how well I was treated, and how well OSHD always met my needs. Even though I have subsequently moved to PA, when I get back to RI I make it a point to stop in and say Hi!
I traded in a 2017 Street Glide Special on an awesome new 2020 Street Glide Special at OSHD. They gave me what I thought was a great deal, and they spent several hours with me during delivery to make sure everything from the bike to the HD app on my phone was set up correctly. I highly recommend these folks!
I’ve been a customer of OSHD since 2007. I’ve just purchased a new bike during the very challenging CoVid 19 period. The entire process was well organized, safe and still personal. OSHD was well organized and made it very easy. Shout out to Barbara for making this happen. Overall they are outstanding, I would highly recommend this local small business to everyone!
