This dealership is bad , do not take your bike here . i did was from cleveland , ohio , they had it for 3.5 days never contacted me until they told me it was done . I get there and all they did was a charging system check . So i went without a ride for 3.5 days waiting on them to do a check that takes less than a hour to do ?? not good , they did not even put a part on my bike . From the second you walk-in you get a greeting. Everyone is so nice. Doesn’t matter what your in there for. The thing I love the best is they never come breathing down your neck. (Hound you) & they are always willing to answer your questions. & if they don’t have the answer they will find out. They truly make you feel like your part of the Family... @ least to me anyways. ThE ABSOLUTE WORST HARLEY DEALER/CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world. I took my bike there for a fluid change and the mechanic STOLE MY BRAND NEW BACK TIRE. Then kept my bike for a month and I missed the RENDEZVOUS in upstate N.Y. THE FAT BITCH at FRONT DESK gave me wicked attitude when reading my bill of $1000.00 + I don't know why or who is the reason they treated me so unfair.
