There are few family owned business left that allways treat thier customers right, this is one of them.
Service was Amazing. Russ usually greets you at the door which is awesome to hear some southern hospitality. Kevin's customer service was beyond my expectations!!
I don't often rate or review commercial businesses. But I am happy to highly recommend Ocean State Harley Davidson. My wife and I have been customers for 14 years and have nothing but praise for Ocean State's above and beyond customer service. The service department in particular is worth a long side trip to visit. I'm a high-mileage guy with zero mechanical skills. The service writers and mechanics patiently explain issues and recommended fixes, and follow through to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
I just love Harley Davidson . I'll have my own someday befor I die .
My flight was delayed so I decided to go get a poker chip as I collect them. I went in there and the people were great. I ended up getting a shirt plus my poker chip. The sales lady in clothing was great. The two salesmen and I talked Harley’s. Real down to earth people. When I get the chance to ride up there I will stop by there again.
Great to work with, beautiful building and service dept had a part overnighted for my bike to get me back on the road quick
