What can you say... it's probably the best hotel along the beach in Santa Monica. Amazing views, and everything is nearby. Also, nice amenities. Love!

We stayed 5 nights in July and had a wonderful stay. We travelled as a family with two kids. Excellent location, nice rooms and comfortable beds, superfriendy and great staff and overall a very good service. Kids activities was great, the fitness room was ok, the restaurants and pool aerea was good. PRO'S - location - great access to beach - great service in bar, pool & check-in CON's - pool area is too small for the number of rooms. If they're busy, finding a spot by the pool is hard - walls/doors are very thin. We had an adjoining room and the TV noise was a killer - Room service food sub par for the price - Maids were very loud and rude! They would talk VERY loudly in the corridors early in the morning and wake us up - fridge is designed to only fit the drinks already in there. Let me chill my bottle of water please!... read more
