So my mom and I stayed here, and one of the reasons we ordered the room was because of the bathtub. I took my 2 yo a bath, when it came time to drain it, it was nearly impossible. We called the staff to come unplug it because we couldn’t figure it out. “Inconvenient”. Well I then proceeded to take a bath about half way through I realized the floor was flooded. Apparently at this establishment being black and sitting in the lobby is all that is needed to call the police and have you arrested. Even when there is a white woman on the resort video freaking out for absolutely nothing clearly intoxicated. Way to go Loews Ventana Canyon Resort staff, I hope you feel great about yourselves after that obvious display of racism.
RecommendedOur family of 5 enjoyed our stay with the exception of tropical storm ETA which knocked out the 📺 in both rooms. We did receive a complimentary night stay after much persuading but otherwise we had a wonderful time. A special shout to the pool and restaurant crew. They were exceptional. Especially Raul who is a gem and deserves a raise!❤️
RecommendedI went for a quick girls weekend with my bestie and the hiking and amenities were great! It was a beautiful getaway with beautiful grounds. Highly recommend ❤️
