The location is amazing, good hotel it is very clean I saw how the staff clean the rooms and pretty much spotless. However the pool is small, way too many kids, sometimes you couldn't find chairs because apparently they have a problem with local's coming into the hotel. Should be checking rooms perhaps? The major complaint of mine has to be the beach setup. When you are a beach hotel you should have this figured out like Shutters does. Beautiful hotel, impeccably designed and maintained rooms, best possible location, but above all, service was top-notch. Julio took care of us as we enjoyed the ocean front pool, and Moni saw that our dining experience was perfect. Try the fish tacos while at the pool, and salmon at Ocean & Vine. We'll be back in November.
Hello. I have a big problem with LOEWS Santa Monica Beach Hotel. They took a money from my bank account and still don’t give it back. And I sent three letters to administration with my quastion and I don’t get feedback; So The Hotel changed 347$ extra from my bank account for nothing.I have stayed in your hotel from 08-14-17 to 08-17-17 (3 nights).08-09-2017 I booked the room for 3 nights at booking.
