Almost a 5 star, however our experience the last night was disappointing. First the positives... Beautiful hotel, room was very nice and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location, walking distance to Pier, shopping, dinning. Spent a lot of time at the hotel, enjoying the pool area and the fire pits in the evening with the ocean view. What a great hotel & perfect location. Everyone who works there was so nice & helpful. I highly recommend the rooms that have the gas fire pits on the balcony. They only have a few so book way ahead of your stay to get one of those fabulous rooms. We will be coming back soon. 💕
Just perfect!!! We pulled up and were greeted with smiling faces at valet and Jose helping us with our bags.michele with one L was absolutely delightful at check in, gave us complimentary glasses of rose' and gave us the best room to enjoy our honeymoon in. The bed is glorious, fire pit stunning and the size of the room and all the mod cons are terrific. All the staff have been so lovely, warm and accomodating. Beautiful, comfortable hotel with ideal location to the beach and pier. Very hospitable to families. Fantastic outdoor pool and hot tub with fun games to play around the deck plus fire pits to warm you during sunset watching. Would love to go back next time we visit Santa Monica.
