I'm staying here at the moment! Very Disappointed with some things here! Good points concierge was amazing so helpful, and great location ,but are staying in a room that's like a noisy building site, was not told that building work is being carried out at time of booking, place stinks of paint, drilling , sawing,banging doors slamming, asked at reception, never got back to me, also just asked for one extra coffee pod as there's no tea and told there's a charge. Great location. Awesome Room. Awesome Service. The person checking us in found out this vacation was a celebration for my niece' s graduation from high school so he upgraded our room to an oceanfront view with a fire pit on the balcony. My niece and I loved it. I will definitely stay here when I come again and will recommend this hotel to everyone. A 10 out of 10 for sure. I look forward to staying here again.
Our first visit to this area and loved every second, Hotel was excellent and the service fantastic. Great location for the pier, venice beach, shops, restaurants and bars and easy to get to other areas. We were upgraded and our view was fantastic, the staff were always happy to help and we couldn't ask for more A fantastic start to our american adventure.
Will stay again. Nice modern interior and the ocean view is fabulous.
