Celebrated my husbands 50th Birthday over the weekend, Henry at the front desk and Miguel in concierge services were amazing help me completely over the phone. We were not arriving at the hotel until after 11:00 pm and it was a complete surprise to my husband, they set up the room, decorated it with balloons, champagne and a banner, it was perfect! I cannot thank them enough for there help... Amazing customer service, great location and always willing to go the extra mile.
Love this place. They treat you like family, and every single Loews employee that you meet seems genuinely glad that you are there.

We always have a fabulous experience at the Loews, nice rooms with beautiful views, food & service is always excellent.
