Sorry for that person who is disappointed. Stayed here last year and am here right now. I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world. I have been treated so well here. I just love the non pretentious vibe and the staff.
This hotel is amazing, great location & fantastic staff. Especially Micheal Fox & Tavo Rivas, the best concierge in the world. Made me feel like a VIP! Nothing is to much, truly amazing people. Amazing rooms, swimming pool & food.
Great location, fantastic service from every one we encountered and most importantly for an international traveller super comfortable beds!
