Recommendedabsolutely stunning views from waterfalls to bigger than usual jacuzzi and the rooms are so nice with a balcony, huge bathtub and soft beds...the staff was super friendly and helpful...the bartender have us happy hour drinks even though we got there when it ended..best customer service I've ever had!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. After being offered an additional night and changed flights we were not even able to stay at the resort for an additional night and was told by the front desk that we could sit in the lobby till 10 pm but would have to leave at that point. This is disturbing as it is me and another female friend. I didn’t travel all this way to be put out on the streets like a dog from this hotel simply because they were over booked.
RecommendedHad a wonderful afternoon at a celebration of life. We were by the pool and I must say the staff were AMAZING! We preordered a wide variety of appetizers and drinks for family and friends from the Cantina. the Chef and servers were so helpful with our needs to set up the area with our flowers and photos. The bartenders at the Cantina were so delightful. I would highly recommend Loews Coronado.
