We had our springer spaniel in with Dr.Briggs for a splenectomy and liver biopsy. Dr.Briggs was amazing before and after the surgery. The facility is so clean, all staff are so pleasant and accommodation. They treat her as if she's their only patient- so kind. Follow up calls and texts so appreciated. We just moved to Point in February and just took a chance and couldn't be more please with the care and professionalism for the Point and Lakewood facilities.
I needed a vet who could answer my questions and concerns quickly and at the same time be flexible for me to bring in my daughters rabbit asap who was hurt .... I called and within a half hour we were able to bring in our pet. Not only are they quick, but they are professional and friendly. Glad they are here in Point Pleasant !

Do NOT use the groomers here!!! My daughter brought her beautiful Havanese here and they totally butchered him!!! I will post before/after pics below. I called to speak to the office mgr because my daughter being a teacher was in meetings all day, she called the groomer to get on the phone and she was so rude and blamed my daughter for having to shave him.
