Brought my Angel in for the first time yesterday.. The staff was fantastic.. quickly brought us in to check her out. The office was super busy on a beautiful Father's Day Sunday.. but never felt like we were being rushed out. They took extra care and concern! Communication was excellent while in the exam room. Dr. Golodik was excellent.. showed me the Xrays, explained everything, was gentle and thorough with her. We were there for quite a long time but they made sure we were comfortable! Very disappointed in OCVH. Hours are excellent but Prices are much to expensive. I also found the vets not well educated or knowledgeable with certain diagnoses. After taking my cat there for 3 months, she was diagnosed incorrectly and eventually died only 8 yrs old. I found the facility only to be interested in making money, not helping the animals. On my last visit in May, I took my cat in as an emergency, she was denied treatment because I didn't have thousands of dollars readily available to pay bill. I offered to pay pa... read more
