Dr. Danowicz and Dr. Mitchell are truly remarkable professionals. The kindness and compassion they both have shown both our boys is nothing short of amazing. The way they get on the floor with them, as to be on their level, give the boys a sense of trust. What makes them even more spectacular is how they show kindness and compassion to the moms and dads as well. I called OCVH last Monday to get my 10 yr old Staffordshire Terrier Tonka neutered I spoke to Alicia who was amazing! She got me in that Friday & answered any question I had. When I brought my dog in I met Dr. Briggs & he was great! He told me to expect a call around 3 to get an update. Less than an hour later the Dr called & told me everything went well & he would be ready by noon for pick up! Everyone I met or spoke to at OCVH was amazing! I have been there twice with my dog. I won't go anywhere else with my pup. They are kind, clean and professional.
My family has been going there since the 1950's. They still carry on Dr. Eisenberg's and Dr. Falk's legacy of professional and caring service. I am so thankful to have OCVH and it's wonderful staff to care for my Boston terrier and my Blue-Front Amazon parrot.
Thank you, OCVH for working so hard to get the documents I needed ready for me in the transition of my move from Ocean Grove to Hong Kong. The office manager and doctors were very helpful in seeing that my cats had the appropriate vaccinations and documentation for the move. The follow up time was also very fast. My kitties have been in quarantine a little while and thanks to OCVH's expedited service, they should be released within the next few days. Thank you, Shannon and Dr. Falk!
