Absolutely terrible. The visit was fine and all and we payed in full......or so we thought. one full month after our visit we get AN EMAIL with a bill saying we owe them money. Going back I checked our receipt and it says balance due $0. So I forward them that receipt and they said it was incorrect because THEY charged us for the wrong thing. Got a bearded dragon from a friend who could not take care of her anymore. As soon as I got her I noticed something was wrong, so we brought her here. Well first of all, our appointment was with a dog specialist who clearly knew very little about lizards. She gave us medicine to take home and gave her injections and assured us she was going to get better. The poor thing couldn't keep down the meds so we brought her back. All of the vets are amazing. The exotic vets are educated and know how to treat chinchillas. The exotic vets are the best in Monmouth and ocean counties. Thank you to all of the doctors. And an awesome staff !!!!!! Thank you all so much. And Carol thank you for putting up with me on those Friday night's lol.
Dr. Danowitz is the best! He's a top notch doctor.
4 hour drive in heavy rain to come pick up my dog that's boarded here, call to tell them we'll be a couple minutes late and they tell us no, 3:00 or nothing. I'm here at 3:05, three people leave at 3:15, another at 3:20 and I can't have my dog? Is this the kind of vet you want? Not me, I'll be finding a new one!
Dr. Faulk and your Weiner are amazing! They took wonderful care of my Rhodesian Ridgeback Cierra& And help her deliver two beautiful puppies Your staff are incredible and very very caring❤ Thanks again!
