very straight forward and easy to understand
Dr. O'Brien is willing to answer any questions you have, but I do feel like she is a little "hurried" at times. It is important to speak up if you have questions or concerns. However, so far I am pleased with the results of my cataract surgeries performed by her. She does take the time to call each patient at the end of the day on the day she performs the surgery. Very thorough examinations explains the findings to you and very willing to answere questions you mat have. Have been going here for years for my Diabetic Exam.
It was wonderful Dr. O'brien is always so up upbeat and pleasant she just puts you at ease.
