Dr. O'Brien is not only a amazing surgeon, she is also very caring and attentive. Throughout my cataract surgery journey, she took the time to explain in detail what was happening and that really made me feel I was in the best care. Also the staff is amazing, they made me feel very comfortable from pre op and throughout. Thanks.

Established patient experiencing blurry vision. Still trying to get an appointment. No one answers the phone or responds to online requests for an appointment!!! Been calling for months! Very frustrated
This review has nothing to do with Dr. O’Brien. She was wonderful with my cataract surgery and post op too. I have tried to call the office yesterday and today. They say to push 2 for an appt or refills. I was on hold for 3 hrs yesterday without anybody coming on to say something and today I have been on hold for 3 hrs. I know it sounds crazy to be on hold that long but I wanted to see what happens. What if somebody needed a refill or to talk to the Dr. Unbelievable!!!. This has never happen before. The staff and Dr O'brien were careful with complete exam. Cataracts were noted however could not be corrected with surgery due to the developing covid-19 shutdown.

Dr. Obrien complete care and attention even though she is extremely busy. She answered all questions and took care of me. I suffered from poor (groundhog) vision my whole life and corrected retinopathy. I can now see better than ever thanks to her and her guidance. I'll be getting a new husband now that I can clearly see him.
excellent in her field; very professional; gives you all the time you need; very personable
Dr. O'Brien was professional with a great bedside manner. In the operating room I felt I was in the hands of the A-Team!
