I was called in almost immediately as I arrived--I think I was the last patient of the day. All the pre-work done by assistants was fine. Dr. O'Brien was courteous, although a few times she moved rather quickly for me to react--I am 79 years old and not as responsive as I used to be. Still, she was efficient, answered all my questions, and I was comfortable. She explained my condition, and we arranged to take care of it promptly. I enjoyed her smile/sense of humor. I have faith in her as my doc.
Eye exam for cataracts.
I would recommend Dr. O'Brien and have recommended her to all my friends. Great Dr. but even a greater person.
From the minute you walk into the office being greeted by a professional through the examination and consultation the whole process was exceptional. Even followup calls were a great experience.
WOW.....what a great doctor, kind and knows everything, so understanding, has a great staff, especially in the surgery center. Her nurse called "Angel Hands" was a great comfort, he held my hand during the procedure, what great compassion. I know Dr. O'Brien would have held my hand with the same compassion but she was busy doing what she does best, taking care of my eye. Thank you so very very much for you being you. Blessings to you so you may continue to take care of people.
I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and care afforded on my first visit. This is something I have put off as long as I could, so pleased to feel comfortable going into it.

Very personable and friendly. Explained what surgery would be and answered all of my questions.
I been coming here for more than a decade. I trust Dr. Obriens opinion. She is highly education in her field. She even talks about other things to make her patient comfortable. I really like her.
