Dr O'Brien took time and answered all my questions. A VERY complete exam. Staff was warm and friendly.
The prescription for my contact lenses clearly shows both eyes are a correction for distance. A copy was made for her files. I am nearsighted and therefore have NO need for a contact lens in order to read...as I repeatedly told her during the 5 minutes she saw me. Dr. O'Brien VERY rudely and repeatedly insisted that I presently used a correction for reading in one eye and the other for distance. She needs to read patient's files. Her staff were excellent. This was the worst medical exam I have ever had. Dr. O'Brien was rushed, distracted and seemingly bothered by all my questions/concerns not mention that she provided little to no information about the procedure that she tried to perform. I am a medical professional, and Dr. O'Brien broke nearly all good bedside manner expectations. Her staff was lock-step with her aloof and perfunctory attitude. Do not visit this doctor if you are looking for sincere care.
Rushed and more rushed after a long wait and very long wait with eye drops. In this office literally, "cant' see the chart" is listed as 20/20 vision. Never returning.
Such a complete exam. Dr. O'Brien took the time to explain the cataracts I have, and made me feel comfortable with the surgery.
