In April 2018 O’Brien Service Company installed new duct work and a VARIABLE SPEED heat pump. My 50 year old home suddenly used less electricity than a new energy efficient home. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF MY BILL. They sized the appropriate duct work to distribute the air as it should be, so that I no longer have hot or cold rooms in my house. Great example of exemplary customer service, professionalism, and technical skill. I was surprised that they scheduled such prompt repair service for a new customer. Will arrived on time and was really outstanding. He treated me as if he was working for ME, the customer, and had my interests at heart. I think that reflects well on O’Brien. I have used them a few times. Their call center is helpful and polite. I have been able to get same day service and I feel that their charges are reasonable.
My thermostat went out. O'Brien staff responded quickly to my call. Setting the appointment was a breeze. Stacy was knowledgable and efficient. He took the time to fully explain the issue and steps taken to correct it. Highly recommend O'Brien!
O'Brien is a reliable, respectable company made even more so by the associates they hire. Aaron showed up for the appointment on time. He is a respectful, firendly and knowledgeable tech.
