They were very professional and made sure everything was done correctly. Alex led the crew and made sure I fully understood how to work our new thermostat. Matt Buckingham was fantastic! Very speedy service! Came out on a Saturday morning and took the time to explain everything in full and answer all my detailed questions. Technicians for the installation made themselves available the day after Christmas (thank you!). I found all members from the sales to the installation team to the follow-up inspection (with Matt's presence) very thorough and very pleasant to work with. I'm very impressed and very happy with the new system! I will certainly recommend O'Brien to others!

Mike Russell handled the sale of our new Trane heat/cool system. He is knowledgeable and professional fitting our home to the right-sized system... Before the install an O’Brien inspector came out to make sure that the work planned was appropriate and the following workday the installation went seamlessly with only our new system left at the worksite! Tom was great! He suggested an alternative system which worked out perfectly and is very energy efficient. The Techs were very nice and though I wasn't satisfied with a few small installation items at first, O'Brien almost immediately sent out another Tech and remedied the situation. Great response.
We were having an issue with condensation and mold in a bathroon vent in our new home. The installers of our AC unit were giving us the run around and another local company were refusing to service our unit so we called OBrien. They came out and helped us out and were very helpful and professional
