AC went out, called them on a Friday morning, scheduled for Tuesday, and in the afternoon, I received a call that they had a cancellation. Josh and his co-worker saved the day...without costing an arm & leg. Very polite and professional! Their staff is why they have been in business so long l Thank you, O'Brien!
The service technicians and the entire staff were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Tom reviewed our old system and recommended a new system that worked perfectly and helped us to safe heating and cooling expenses. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free installation. We will definitely use them for our next installation.

In a very complicated heat pump issue O’Brien fixed it after two other companies could do no more than scratch their heads!
They was all way on time and they told you what they were going to do next day.All was nice and friendly.
