Terrible customer service
You know I applied for an apartment at this place and was told initially everything was all good. I got a denial letter based on my credit however my husband still need to apply. These people are liars and just want to steal your money for these application fees and I’m going to report this to the BBB. I have the proof that my application was denied before I even paid the money and applied for my husband like they said I should do. This place doesn't care about the people that live here at all I have no ac granted it not super hot but it is a new unit and it took a month to get it installed and now it doesn't work and the won't come out to even look at it until Monday now That is the worst customer service I have ever seen
While the apartment itself was nice, clean, and cozy, the experience left a lot to be desired. They only provide you with one washcloth. I paid for housekeeping for the three days I lodged there and did not receive one day of the service. It was hard to get anyone on the phone (her customer service skills were top tier when I finally got someone), and when I did, housekeeping still didn't show up.
