A major positive about this place is that they have Saturday hours. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly, and the hygienist did a very nice job with my cleaning. The dentist didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find, located close to the Lakeshore learning store. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
