This place was awful from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere in this office is dreary. No one greeted me when I checked in- Which by the way, the layout of the office was so strange I was actually confused as to where and with whom I was supposed to check in with. Then, an office staff member called me back up to the front desk, handed me forms and asked for my insurance cards. It was extremely cold and impersonal- again no greeting. horrible, I went in for a cleaning, they overbooked and when I got in said I needed xrays after I had xrays done both visits prior, pushed braces on me even though I didn't want them and a wisdom teeth removal I wasn't in pain for, during the cleaning they hurt my gums by cutting them, more painful than most operations id bet and the blood I coughed up was a lot! incredibly unprofessional!!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider thorough in discussing the risks and benefits of your treatment options? Definitely

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns?
