Oakland Animal Hospital saved my childhood dog's (Remy - yellow lab) life from deadly IMHA (immune mediated hemolytic anemia). What would have killed her as a young dog they were able to treat and she ended up living until age 12. When Remy eventually did pass, they came to our house and put her to sleep privately, surrounded by her family. They provided us with a peaceful and patient-centered end-of-life experience. I love OAH - apollo has seen all the vets I do believe since we visit often (that trouble maker)! They are so wonderful easing my worrying/over protecting mom questions and I never worry that he won’t be treated well. One of the things that made me review today however was Shelly (I believe that is her name) who answered the phone this morning. Awesome place to go. The Secretary's were nice doctor was bery nice and thorough on explaining everything. Easy to find.
Dr. Duncan and staff are great to work with. This past week our Boxer Brutus had knee surgery and through out the process they have been very informative and helped me understand what was needed to aid in a speedy recovery. Thank you for everything you guys and gals do to help our big fur baby.
We love Dr. McGinnis! She is very thorough yet reasonable with her recommendations regarding our Great Danes. We are in good hands!
We love all of the staff and they've been amazing with our just now 2 1/2 year old labrador who loves it there so much he's a freak show. I recommend them to anyone. When our pup had a possible medical issue, near closing, they said "How soon can you get here? Bring him in now." And they treated him.
