They were told to bill my eye insurance and never did. I have called 4 months in a row and still receiving a bill and being charged interest when it’s supposed to be billed to my insurance. I do not recommend this place at all. I have tried to resolve the issue via phone 4 times and no one has returned my calls. We are going on 4 months now and now involving the BBB.
Recommendedgood service, Dr Trent Cole listen really well of our concern(s), patient when selecting numbers to see clear, staff are helpful.
We took our 18 month old and 3 year old daughters for their very first eye exams... Dr. Trent was super awesome!! Both girls were made to feel comfortable and had a lot of fun at the appt. I highly recommend him for your eye care needs. We'll definitely be back!
