Informative, courteous, patient, respectful, personable. Very nice person! I came in wanting to replace my 2002, 198,000 mile Highlander that I loved. Didn't need quite that large a vehicle now, so Phil explained the features of the Rav 4,which I was also interested in. Alex, the mgr. was also very helpful explaining features of the Rav 4. My son accompanied my and he was happy with the way we were treated.
I dealt with Frank a few months ago on a purchase and received what I thought was outstanding service. When I needed to purchase another vehicle it was an easy choice for me to once again get in touch with Frank. He did not disappoint me. This latest buying experience was also excellent.
Our vehicle purchase was an overall good experience. Samantha Martus was very helpful throughout the buying process and is a great representative of Oakbrook Toyota and the Bob Rohrman group.
Courtesy shuttle from the airport was good (especially with a 1 hour unplanned flight delay). Paperwork was prepared and waiting. Car was cleaned and ready. I was disappointed that no negotiation was possible. I appreciate you keeping the dealership open until the transaction was COMPLETED. Frank did seem to take a personal interest in me and my satisfaction with the car.
Bill was an excellent salesperson. We are all very happy with our new car purchase. The Prius V is a lot of fun to drive. I enjoyed doing business with Oakbrook Toyota, and would recommend them to family and friends.
I've done my online research prior to calling Oakbrook Toyota. I had an awesome experience at this dealership. they were good, honest and straight forward. Cesar gave me a good deal on my Rav4. He is very good at it which made me buy one on the spot. He gave me a decent trade-in value of my previous car as well. Billy, one of their Sales personnel was also friendly and approachable. Both Cesar and Billy made my vehicle buying process easy and fast. I will strongly recommend . Great customer service, keep it up!
