Staff was courteous, very helpful, enabled me to navigate the options available through the dealership. Negotiations were respectful and efficient. No high pressure sales tactics were used. When I wasn't interested in an option or product, the dealership respected my position and did not try to change my mind.
Andrew was professional and friendly. Process took a long time but Andrew passed the time by entertaining us with small talk about the cars we were getting. He also brought us coffee and popcorn
I came to see 2 used Highlanders; I needed to replace my old vehicle. Mo was very friendly and helpful. I test drove 2 trucks. I was pleased that Toyota was able to match the terms of my bank for a loan and that I was able to go home in my new SUV the same day.

My experience was excellent. Mustafa, Cesar Meraz, and Alex Syed were very professional and very helpful in the selection of the vehicle. Mustafa even had the velcro strips to mount the tollway transponder to the windshield. That was above and beyond. The payment process was very easy and Joe the Delivery Expert was also excellent. I checked out other dealers in the area and none were as professional as the team who helped me. I use the service department too and that has greatly improved and is very professional.
It was a great experience = the best I've ever had at a dealership. Samantha was very professional and great to work with. I will definitely want to see her again when I am in the market to change cars. Keep her there.
Always great, I had called Tom a week earlier and told him I was thinking of either buying or leasing another car. He explained very clear and concisely the difference and what he could do as far as offers. I told him I might not be able to make up my mind till Sept. He told me not a problem. Then I changed my mind and we talked again and he drove up with the car that he thought would work and we settled the trade in, wonderful to have someone so reliable to work with..
