I was referred to your dealership by Mark Battista. Alex the general manager introduced us to Seyd Mustafa who did a great job of walking us through the sales process. Even the financing process went great. Mustafa also followed up with the service department and did a great job of making sure everything went as planned. Buying a new car can be a hassle, but everyone at Oak Brook Toyota did a great job to make us feel good about our purchase. It is for this reason that we bought our second Highlander from this dealership.
It was great - John met me first thing in the morning (8am) and then we looked at the minivan I had in mind and we worked out the details after a test-drive, etc.
Mr Macias is very accommodating. He's trying his best to give us for what we are satisfied and makes us happy. He gave us hope and advice us how to build a good outstanding credit.
The manager and Gwendolyn were so nice and accomadating . They really went out of their way to help me finance a newer model. Toyota Corrolla, I am so happy with this car! I financed a Versa Nissen from them four years ago and new had a problem with that car, and it was a newer used at the time. My Pastor does business with this dealership as well as my son in-law and various church members. I highly recommend OakBrook Toyota to anyone looking for a car!
