I was purchasing my 2013 Sienna at the end of its lease. Samantha was very professional and handled all the details for me. I was very pleased with the ease of the process. I had spoken to Mr. Syed and he stopped by to introduce himself and check on everything. Curt offered additions available in a very pleasant manner. Alex Turk gave me a very pleasant buying experience. He showed me three different SUVs that happened to be in the show room. He was knowledgeable about the features of each model and then we went for a test drive. I came with a pre-conceived notion as to what I was looking for and the Toyota Highlander hybrid satisfied all of my needs. I was really impressed with Alex's demeanor and his desire to give me good information without pressuring me.

Greated from entrance and taken thru the hole process step by step until I drove off in my great new car. Worked with me to find the correct color and style.

Excellent. Rob was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in selecting the right vehicle for me. Joe the sales manager was also very helpful and patient. My family has been coming to Oakbrook Toyota for years and I can very easily understand why.

Very good everyone are helpful, especially the sales manager Mike and Sale Rep Dough of Toyota Oak brook. They give us a good explanation of owning a car and leasing a car. So it easy for us to decide which is affordable .

Overall, very well..Amonce was very helpful throughout the process, explained to me all the options. Was greeted instantly when I walked in to the dealership. The process was simple I knew was I wanted and all I wanted to know was which car to pick from. Amonce showed me which vehicles were in stock. Then when I was ready, I was introduced to the GM Alex Syed and was given the customary "handshake" to show that Oak Brook wanted not just a one time customer but a long term relationship (a return customer) which I LIKED. We went to the dealership with both our cars to trade, hoping to test drive a Prius C. Lewis met us, took us on a test drive, indicated he was willing to work with us to purchase a car, and handled the purchase very professionally. He was positive, upbeat and engaging--a terrific, low-key but competent salesman. We had a very pleasant experience!

We purchased a new Sienna. Perry was exceptionally nice and helpful, and he is the reason we purchased from this location.The finance manager was also very patient and helpful and explained things very well.
