Over all it was a good experience. Kayla did a great follow up. Cesar was very helpful . Nick was a cool person to deal with. But I must say if Rich Fisher was not there,no deal was made. He was honest,genuine , and very friendly. Thank you Rich. And thanx to everybody in the team.

It was great. Got my car then and there . the sales men were very friendly n understanding. They listened to what we need and helped us buy the perfect car at a really good price
Phil Blackman was very helpful in helping my wife and I find the right vehicle for our son. He was able to answer all of our questions and worked quickly throughout the buying process. When I am ready for my next vehicle purchase I will come to Toyota in Westmont and give Phil Brackmann a call.
Doug was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had a good customer experience. In general, the dealership was very helpful in finding the vehicle that best suited my needs.
Zubar - great ability to really listen to customers, great knowledge of Toyota's sales detains, very friendly, great personality as a sales person. The time spent with Zubar to disuses buying our new car was very welcomepleasant.
Our experience at oakbrook Toyota was awesome. I got a car 2014 Toyota corolla just how I wanted. Dealer Zubair Karin Fulfilled my needs. He is a great dealer, very helpful, and always responds right aways, if we call, email etc. That's Wht a customer needs.
